Business Analyst (Remote) - Banking

The Business Analyst - Sirion CLM will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Analyze current contract management processes and recommend improvements.

Contract Authoring & Template Management

Performance Monitoring & Compliance

Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and solution designs.

Manage contract migration and digitization projects.

Coordinate integrations between Sirion and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Procurement tools).

Support UAT, testing cycles, defect management, and user training.

Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

Hands-on experience with Sirion platform configuration and implementation .

Experience in contract authoring, redlining, clause libraries, workflows, and obligation tracking.

Knowledge of contract compliance, risk management, and performance tracking.

Experience in system integrations (APIs, web services, SSO).

Experience in conducting UAT and managing business users.

Experience in large-scale CLM transformation or migration projects.

Knowledge of legal, procurement, and vendor management processes.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and CRM tools (Salesforce).

Agile/Scrum project experience.
