Accounts Payable Clerk Remote / Hybrid Working

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the overall accounting function. Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals.

Maintain accurate accounts payable records and files.

Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

Assist with payroll processing related assignments.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
