Assistant Support Manager
Rs 1.5 - 2 lakhs p.a.Karthikeyan (Proprietor of Modinity Technologies)
Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support our team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to drive business results and ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of the team
Support the Manager in strategic planning and execution
Monitor performance metrics and report findings to senior management
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in project management is a plus
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
