Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage and grow brand presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, trends, and audience behavior, and can consistently execute engaging social media strategies. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure strong and consistent brand communication. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms

Create engaging captions, posts, and campaign ideas

Schedule and publish content using relevant tools

Monitor trends and leverage them for content creation

Manage multiple brand accounts with consistency in tone and messaging

Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives

Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance

Handle comments, messages, and audience interactions

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Good writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong execution ability
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounts
