Job Description # Junior IT Recruiter – US IT Recruitment & Project Coordination

## We are looking for an **IT Recruiter** with experience in **US IT recruitment and project/resource coordination** to support our growing global IT Field Services operations.

The role will primarily focus on sourcing, screening, recruiting, and onboarding IT professionals and field engineers for **US and European IT projects**, while also supporting project coordination, resource deployment, work-order management, and client delivery activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **US IT recruitment, technical staffing, candidate engagement, vendor/contractor coordination, and recruitment operations**, along with the ability to work across multiple time zones and manage time-sensitive project requirements.

### US IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Primary Responsibility

• Source and recruit IT professionals and field engineers for **US and European IT Field Services projects**.
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from **sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and deployment**.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Infrastructure and Network Support professionals
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, location, availability, work authorization, experience, and project requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, technical suitability, availability, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate technical interviews and client interviews.
• Maintain an active pool of qualified IT contractors and field engineers across different US and European locations.
• Develop and maintain candidate/engineer databases, skill matrices, availability trackers, and regional coverage reports.
• Engage with independent IT contractors, freelancers, staffing partners, and recruitment vendors.
• Negotiate rates, availability, start dates, and other deployment-related requirements with candidates and contractors.
• Ensure candidates meet project-specific compliance and onboarding requirements.

#### Resource & Deployment Coordination

• Coordinate engineer availability and deployment against project requirements and client schedules.
• Support rapid resource fulfillment for **break-fix, IMAC, rollout, installation, migration, and site deployment projects**.
• Coordinate background verification, NDA, right-to-work/work authorization documentation, and other onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of engineer skills, certifications, locations, availability, rates, and deployment status.
• Work closely with project coordinators and delivery teams to identify resource gaps and resolve them proactively.

#### IT Field Services Project Coordination

• Support coordination of US/EU IT Field Services projects and work orders.
• Assist with dispatching field engineers and coordinating site visits.
• Escalate delays, resource gaps, SLA risks, and operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure work-order information and project documentation are complete and accurate.

#### Communicate professionally with US/EU clients, vendors, field engineers, contractors, and internal delivery teams.

• Participate in project and operational calls as required.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, resource availability, deployments, and project requirements.
• Prepare recruitment and project status reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

### Required Skills & Experience

• **1–3+ years of experience in IT recruitment**, preferably supporting US IT staffing or global IT projects.
• Experience recruiting for **US IT / technical roles**, preferably field services, infrastructure, networking, desktop support, or data center roles.
• Understanding of US recruitment practices, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and contractor hiring.
• Experience working with **US-based candidates, clients, vendors, or IT staffing partners** is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Good understanding of technical IT terminology and the ability to assess basic technical requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and urgent resource requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of **SLA, ticketing, work-order, and escalation processes**.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in **MS Excel / Google Sheets** for recruitment and resource tracking.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, ITSM, or ticketing platforms is an advantage.

### Graduate degree, preferably in **Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field**.

• Experience recruiting for **Desktop Support, Network Support, Field Services, Data Center, POS, or Infrastructure roles**.
• Experience working with IT contractors, freelancers, independent engineers, or staffing vendors.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zoho, or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms.
• Previous experience supporting global IT services, managed services, or field services organizations.
• Familiarity with US time zones and US IT staffing terminology.

• Requires flexibility to support **US business hours**, with occasional European/US overlap depending on project requirements.
