Social Media / Marketing Content Writer

We are looking for a talented Content Writer at NotifyVisitors who can create engaging, authentic, and human-like content across a variety of channels, including blogs, website pages, product guides, email campaigns, social media, and case studies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to craft content that not only informs but also connects naturally with our audience, strengthens our brand presence, and drives meaningful engagement. Responsibilities

Create clear, engaging, and human-like content for blogs, web pages, product pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns that truly connect with our audience.

Write compelling social media copy, email newsletters, and marketing materials that feel natural, relatable, and on-brand.

Understand SaaS, MarTech, CRM, and marketing automation concepts to produce content that is accurate, helpful, and written in a human, easy-to-read style.

Research industry trends, competitor content, and relevant keywords to develop fresh, valuable, and audience-friendly content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content pieces.

Contribute to product-related content, including feature descriptions, documentation, FAQs, and help-centre articles written in a clear, human tone.

Review and proofread all content to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and resonates with readers.

Apply SEO best practices while maintaining a natural, human-like writing style.

Assist in creating case studies, customer success stories, and other storytelling content that highlights the impact of our platform in an authentic, relatable way.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional content writing or copywriting experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing).
• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create human-like content that is relatable, clear, and engaging for the target audience.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Ability to simplify complex SaaS/tech concepts into easy-to-understand, audience-friendly content.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, Notion, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Creative thinking with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
