We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – iOS with 6+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and enhance our Advanced Store Retail Application Suite (Point-of-Sale system). This role requires strong technical expertise in iOS development, deep understanding of retail systems, and experience with enterprise integrations.

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with coding standards.
Develop unit and automated tests to ensure code quality and performance.
Modify system configuration settings to adjust system behavior.
Support full lifecycle implementation of POS systems—from planning to deployment.
Manage configuration libraries across multiple store types.
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, performance, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams for planning and estimations.
Minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in iOS application development.
Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs.
Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
Experience writing unit and automated tests.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to mentor contractors and provide tactical guidance when needed.
Experience with enterprise integrations such as:
Exposure to banking or financial applications.
Experience configuring and supporting large-scale retail environments.
