Business Analyst, Business Analysis

In this crucial role you will be responsible for conducting monthly/quarterly reporting activities and meticulously preparing financial reports for senior management Your efforts will directly contribute to the Financial Planning & Analysis in Finance and Accounting (F&A) department of our Global Shared Service Centers ensuring accurate and timely information is available for strategic decision-making.

a) Prepare Financial reports for senior management
Templates maintenance and update system technical controlling input data controlling and following up forecast sign off summary and presentations
c) Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting financial performance. e) Monthly reporting analysis: periodic actual vs target QTD actual vs forecast Periodic actual vs forecast
f) Highlight and quantify risks and opportunities which will help focus their attention and drive appropriate actions aimed at improving KPI performance
g) Reduce complexity and reduce waste in the current reporting landscape with APMT
i) Clearly understand business needs and development reporting requests.
j) Data gathering / management analysis & reporting for APMT. Help convert raw data to usable and manageable information
l) Provide independent and accurate business performance reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis including the development of the structure content and presentation
m) Work closely and collaboratively with the business to provide insight into current performance provide early indications of deviation from target
n) Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders fostering a shared understanding of financial performance. Collaborate with accounting operations and other departments to ensure correct interpretation with business insights.

b) Structured and has a high attention to details and no compromise on quality
e) Thorough knowledge of end-to-end process within Financial Accounting & Reporting
g) Able to sustain overview of data handling despite high complexity
a) MBA (Finance) with 5-6 years of reporting and accounting experience.
b) Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup Pivots Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint
c) Strong foundation from prior experience with consolidation systems
d) Excellent communication skills (English) Fluent Oral & Written
f) Prior experience in a captive unit
g) Prior experience in HFM/ OneStream systems and Think Cell tool will be an added advantage
