Senior account executive sales

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.

Responsibiliti
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of ledgers.
Handle data entry, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process vendor bills and employee reimbursements.
Generate customer invoices based on project progress and contract terms.
Follow up on payments and maintain updated receivables records.

Bank & Cash Management:
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Handle cash transactions, deposits, and petty cash accounts.

Taxation & Compliance:
Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements.

Project Support:
Support finance team in tracking project costs, budgets, and inventory.
Help allocate costs to appropriate projects or departments.

Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and summaries as required by management.
Maintain financial documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce , inter CA, CA, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' of relevant experience
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
