Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of electricians in daily installation maintenance and repair tasks.
Install test and maintain electrical systems control panels motors switchboards and transformers.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to maintain system reliability and operational continuity.
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure and downtime.
Accurately interpret electrical blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Ensure all electrical work complies with project specifications company standards and safety regulations.
Prepare detailed reports material requisitions and progress updates for management and supervisors.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
Minimum 58 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems within shipyards industrial facilities or construction environments.
Proven leadership experience in supervising teams of electricians.
Gulf region experience is highly preferred.
Strong technical proficiency in electrical installation testing and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic English communication skills required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Commitment to safety standards and adherence to regulatory compliance.
Ability to interpret technical documents and apply them accurately in field operations.
