Customer Service - Call Handlers
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller at Baranwal Builders, located in Faridabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, promoting company services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and managing client relationships
Strong ability in data entry, record-keeping, and organizational tasks
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and telephone etiquette
Prior experience in a telecalling or customer-facing role will be advantageous
