We are looking for a smart driven and detail-oriented Technical Writer with experience in RFPs proposals and technical documentation. You will play a key role in crafting clear compelling and accurate responses for clients as well as producing internal and customer-facing content.
Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
Translate complex technical information into clear concise and customer-friendly content
Collaborate with sales product and technical teams to gather required information
Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
Ensure consistency in tone terminology and branding across all documents
12 years of experience as a Technical Writer Proposal Writer or similar role
- Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
- Experience working in SaaS / AI / enterprise software
Basic understanding of AI automation or cloud technologies
Learn across operations strategy and technology in an AI-driven environment.
