We’re Hiring: IT Project Coordinator Kolkata, India
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for managing software projects and enjoy working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of mobile and web development projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and translate them into clear project briefs for development teams
Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks with mitigation plans
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct daily Scrum meetings and support Agile workflows
Deliver project updates, demos, and presentations to clients
Review deliverables to maintain quality standards
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports
Support recruitment planning to ensure optimal team bandwidth
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT project coordination or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Highly organized, patient, and detail-oriented
- A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
