WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC RECRUITMENT OFFICER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND DRIVE TALENT ACQUISITION EFFORTS. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL SOURCE, SCREEN, AND ONBOARD TOP TALENT TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH, ENSURING A SEAMLESS HIRING PROCESS THAT ALIGNS WITH OUR COMPANY VALUES AND BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
DEVELOP AND EXECUTE RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES, INCLUDING JOB POSTINGS ON NAUKRI, LINKEDIN, AND OTHER PORTALS.
SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH NETWORKING, SOCIAL MEDIA, EMPLOYEE REFERRALS, AND RECRUITMENT AGENCIES.
SCREEN RESUMES, CONDUCT INITIAL INTERVIEWS, AND COORDINATE ASSESSMENTS TO SHORTLIST QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.
COLLABORATE WITH HIRING MANAGERS TO UNDERSTAND ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE MARKET INSIGHTS ON TALENT AVAILABILITY.
MANAGE THE END TO END RECRUITMENT PROCESS, INCLUDING OFFER NEGOTIATIONS, BACKGROUND CHECKS, AND ONBOARDING.
ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LABOR LAWS, DIVERSITY INITIATIVES, AND COMPANY POLICIES THROUGHOUT THE HIRING PROCESS.
STAY UPDATED ON RECRUITMENT TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES TO OPTIMIZE TALENT ACQUISITION.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
GRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE / MINIMUM 12TH PASS.
0-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES AND STAKEHOLDERS. EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE PRIORITIES IN A FAST PACED SETTING.IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED.
