Recruitment Administrator - Human Resources

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Bhubaneswar. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintain databases, and create a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring goals.
Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment processes
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Experience in building strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; familiarity with HR practices
