Telesales Representative/Sales

Description We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to build their careers in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and tracking calls.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
