About the job
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Editing short-form videos, reels, social media ads, and platform-first content for Instagram and other digital platforms
• Creating professional edits with strong pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and clean storytelling
• Turning raw footage into high-performing social content optimized for attention and retention
• Collaborating with the content and creative teams on concepts, edits, and campaign execution
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards

Organizing footage, project files, and maintaining a smooth editing workflow
Skills required

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Understanding of reel formats, social media pacing, visual storytelling, typography, and music sync
• Ability to create premium-quality edits with minimal supervision
