Description : Experience Required (In Years) : 6-10 yearsJob Description : - Refresh and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to uphold visual consistency in all communications.- Lead website revamp initiatives by designing modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing layouts.- Design high-impact external-facing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, reports, and presentations.- Create engaging social media graphics, animations, and videos that captivate and drive engagement.- Collaborate with content, development, and product teams to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate brand aesthetics.Required Skills : - 6-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual storytelling, and typography.- Experience in web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills is a must.
