About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly sales targets for architectural hardware and fittings, building material.
2. Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
3. Conduct showroom placements, technical product training, and project pipeline tracking.
4. Visit retail stores regularly to monitor stock availability and support new product launches.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, store owners, and sales staff.
6. Resolve dealer issues and ensure timely payment collections.
7. Coordinate with the marketing team to set up in-store product displays.
8. Maintain daily sales activities and customer records in the CRM.
9. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
10. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business, civil, or a related field.
2. Minimum 0- 1 year of experience in retail sales; experience selling building materials, paints, adhesives, or hardware is preferred.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills with an understanding of pricing and profit margins.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and sales tracking applications.
5. Willingness to travel locally to meet dealers and store owners.
