About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for architectural hardware and fittings, building material.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct showroom placements, technical product training, and project pipeline tracking.
- Visit retail stores regularly to monitor stock availability and support new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, store owners, and sales staff.
- Resolve dealer issues and ensure timely payment collections.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to set up in-store product displays.
- Maintain daily sales activities and customer records in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Skill(s) required

Other requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, civil, or a related field.
- Minimum 0- 1 year of experience in retail sales; experience selling building materials, paints, adhesives, or hardware is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with an understanding of pricing and profit margins.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and sales tracking applications.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet dealers and store owners.
