Technical Senior Project Manager (remote)

We are a seasoned UI and UX company that has been charting digital customer journeys for some years now. Your work will encompass projects from different global markets across diverse sectors. You will have opportunities to lead engagements with the design and engineering teams, from the front.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies to lead and optimize our software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will drive the execution of multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of projects and client satsifaction. This role demands an expert-level understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools, coupled with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software engineering practices.
Lead the end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-grade software solutions, ensuring alignment with Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with software architects, engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient sprint execution and timely delivery.
Oversee the implementation of cloud-first strategies, API-driven architectures, and scalable microservices.
Define, track, and manage KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs to measure project success and team performance.
Champion Agile transformation by coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
Drive alignment between product roadmaps, technical backlogs, and sprint planning, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Utilize JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools for backlog refinement, sprint tracking, and velocity measurement.
10+ years of experience in technical project management within software development teams.
- Proven track record in Agile project execution, sprint management, and backlog grooming.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, API-driven development, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Azure DevOps, or equivalent project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
Experience working in FinTech, HealthTech, or high-scale SaaS environments.
Familiarity with AI/ML & Data Engineering.
