Business Development Associate (Mergers and Acquisitions)

Job Description We are seeking a Junior IT Sales & Bidding Executive with 0–1 year of experience who is enthusiastic about IT sales, online bidding, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be familiar with bidding platforms and possess strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through online bidding platforms.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and responses to client requirements.
Understand client needs and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable IT solutions.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Maintain CRM records and track bid status, conversions, and client interactions.
Assist in IT sales activities including market research and competitor analysis.
Support senior sales team in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year experience in IT sales, bidding, or business development (internships accepted).
- Familiarity with online bidding portals and freelance marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software, Mobile Apps, Digital Solutions, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Understanding of proposal writing and pricing strategies.
