Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: Ahmedabad/Remote

Samvay Consulting Services is a fast-growing digital solutions company providing website design, development, SEO, and custom software solutions to clients across sectors including eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, and banking. We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale our technology initiatives.
We are seeking a strategic and technically sound CTO to lead our technology function. You will be responsible for setting up our IT infrastructure and hosting environments, overseeing all software and technology projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You'll work closely with leadership to align tech development with business goals and scale operations effectively.
IT Infrastructure & Hosting:
Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure.
Set up and manage cloud hosting solutions.
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Project & Team Management:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client and internal tech projects.
Define tech stack, architecture, and implementation best practices.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies aligned with business goals.
Drive technical innovation and maintain code and infrastructure quality.
Work closely with founders, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into tech strategies.
Document technical processes and project updates for both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
Operations & Compliance:
Establish IT policies, systems, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and relevant certifications (e.g., Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior technology role, ideally as a CTO, Head of Technology, or Lead Architect.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, web development stacks, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD).
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in startup or consulting environments.
Experience working with overseas or cross-functional remote teams.
