Data/SQL Analyst - Power BI
Rs 3 - 9.5 lakhs p.a.Indusind Bank
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like PowerPoint, Canvas, MS Project , Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
Present findings through clear visualizations and presentations to stakeholders.
Assist in defining and tracking KPIs to measure business performance.
Support data-driven decision-making by providing regular and ad hoc reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably Computer Science = 4-5 year experience
Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Point , Canvas , Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Summarize analytical findings with clear visuals (charts, graphs, dashboards).
Explain trends and their impact on business metrics.
