Experience: 3–8 years (Franchise Development / Retail Trade / Strategic Alliances)
Salary: 2.16 LPA
Candidates should ideally be from the healthcare sector or must have some basic knowledge or experience of that sector.

Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will drive franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth through market development, alliance management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners to expand business presence.
Build and manage relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities in retail and healthcare sectors.
Support franchise partners in business planning, operations, and performance improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, training, and ongoing partner support.
Achieve franchise acquisition, alliance, and revenue targets.
Represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, and management.
Strong background in retail trade and alliance building.
Exposure to the healthcare or medical sector preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA preferred.
