Java Lead Solutions Architect

Description : Job Title : Java Solution ArchitectExperience : 11 -16 YearsLocations : Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, KolkataJob Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design of enterprise-scale digital applications. This role involves architecting cloud-native, highly scalable, and secure systems across new development, application modernization, migration, and re-platforming initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Java expertise, deep understanding of distributed systems, and proven experience in BFSI / Insurance / Payment Gateway domains.Key Responsibilities : - Own and define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade digital platforms- Design cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP- Architect highly complex systems covering frontend, backend, integrations, security, scalability, configurability, and resiliency- Define and implement Microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven and asynchronous architectures- Apply Domain Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, and enterprise design patterns for transactional and high-volume systems- Establish non-functional architecture standards including performance, security, availability, scalability, and accessibility- Define and govern authentication, authorization, IAM, and session management strategies- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment architectures- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices- Collaborate closely with client enterprise architects, product owners, UX teams, and engineering leads- Create architecture roadmaps, solution documents, estimations, and technical blueprints- Guide and mentor development teams and solution architects- Contribute to white papers, architecture POVs, internal accelerators, and industry forumsRequired Skills & Experience : - 14+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Solution Architect / Technical Architect roles- Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA- Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture, SOA, and Micro Frontends- Frontend exposure to Angular, React, or Vue.js- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases- Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance- Strong CI/CD experience using Maven/Gradle, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, JUnit- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA and Confluence- Hands-on experience with cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP- Mandatory domain experience in BFSI, Insurance, or Payment Gateway systemsGood to Have : - Experience with SEO, Web Accessibility (WCAG), and Analytics tools- Exposure to DevSecOps practices- Experience with API gateways, service mesh, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)- Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programsWhat We Offer : - Opportunity to architect large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems- Work with modern cloud-native and microservices-based architectures- High-impact role with strong technical ownership and leadership- Collaborative environment with exposure to global clients and platformsOne-Line Tech Stack : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Angular/React, CI/CD (Maven, Jenkins, Git), AWS/Azure/GCP, Agile/Scrum, BFSI Domain (ref:hirist.tech)
