Legal & Compliance Counsel Job

The Legal Consultant will support the Legal Head in managing all legal matters related to real estate projects. The role includes drafting and vetting agreements, handling RERA-related compliances, coordinating for society formation, managing due diligence documentation, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met for smooth project execution.
Draft, review, and vet various legal agreements including sale agreements, MOUs, LOIs, lease agreements, and other project-related contracts.
Prepare and verify legal notices, affidavits, declarations, and undertakings.
Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and clarity in all documentation.
Regulatory & Compliance
Handle RERA registration process for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Maintain and update required RERA documentation and compliance records.
Checking and verification of Bank NOCs related to project approvals, mortgages, loan closures, and release of rights.
Coordinate for conveyance-related tasks and ensure statutory compliance.
Provide legal support to internal departments including Sales, CRM, Projects, and Finance.
Assist the Legal Head in daily operations, decision-making, and documentation work.
Ensure legal risk mitigation for company operations and project activities.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); 8– 10 years of experience in real estate legal work.
Strong knowledge of RERA, real estate laws, and regulatory procedures.
