Content Editor (full-time)

Role: Content Editor-Operations (Full-time)
Needless to say, the Operations and Quality Control team is a critical factor in our Year-On-Year growth. The executive will oversee the end-to-end process for each student who subscribes to our Undergraduate and Master's service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders (Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents) on the application process. Hustle is the name of the game, and you will find yourself talking to customers from over 19 countries (and possibly more) every day, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their dream university goals.

Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.

• Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bonus points if you have applied to a UG or PG degree abroad yourself and are familiar with the process.
