We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Product Engineering team and lead strategic initiatives focused on AI-driven automation and quality engineering. This role is ideal for a seasoned TPM with a strong technical foundation, excellent program management skills, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms. You will be part of the Product Engineering - Testing and Shared Services Team, focusing on strengthening product quality before releasing to the customers. Our team's strategic initiatives are focused on Automation and AI in testing, which are pivotal to enhancing product quality and accelerating delivery timelines.

You will be reporting to the Director, Software Engineering.

9+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering project leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and product engineering practices.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms and their application in engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Demonstrate capability and emotional intelligence to mentor team members effectively and contribute to team's efficiency.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Project management certification and significant experience in agile work preferred.
