Job Summary:
To manage the Organization Data Base, Files, Folders and Storage of digital documents, Library Management, systematic filing systems, ERP Softwares, HRMS, CRM Updation, MIS Generation, Digitalization and supporting general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Electronic Database Management & documentation.
Digitalization and Library Management.
Updation & Maintain ERP, CRM, HRMS Software Applications & MIS Report generation.
Data security and audits.
Manage Storages.
Support administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Any).
- 1–3 years of experience in Office Assistant, Correspondence, Filing,
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (basic & advanced) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with PDF tools (merge, split, edit, compress).
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
- Should be Quick learner
