Our proof-of-concept load is 100M+ transactions, and every module is designed for speed, resilience, and intelligence. You will work with distributed systems, high-scale databases, distributed caching, and fault-tolerant architectures that demand true engineering depth.If you love solving complex challenges, designing elegant systems, and shipping production-grade code in fast cycleswe want you.Design and implement solutions for complex, loosely defined engineering problems.- Contribute to entire product lifecyclesfrom design and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.- Develop large-scale, highly available, distributed backend systems using Java, Node.js, or equivalent languages.- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.- Collaborate closely with product, data, and platform teams to ship impactful features.Skills Required :- 3- 6 years of hands-on experience building and scaling production-grade systems.- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS, Networking, Distributed Systems, and Databases.- Experience building backend systems using Java / Node.js / Python / Ruby or similar languages.- Proven ability to design robust, reliable, and efficient services with a focus on scale & performance.- Hands-on experience with modern development tools, cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring stacks.- Experience mentoring junior engineers or managing small teams (good to have).
