We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented EU IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The EU IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals across various European Union member states. This role requires a deep understanding of the European IT landscape, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build robust talent pipelines to meet our clients' diverse technical staffing needs. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the European IT market, considering diverse local regulations and cultural nuances.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of IT roles, including but not limited to Software Developers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, and IT Support professionals.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and internal databases, to identify and attract top-tier IT talent within the EU.
Conduct in-depth screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand specific job requirements, project needs, and organizational culture.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed about current IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the EU region.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities (virtual or in-person) to build and strengthen candidate relationships.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant EU employment laws, GDPR, and country-specific regulations.
Proven ability to recruit for a variety of IT roles.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent.
