Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, and will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for our projects.
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects.
Conduct simulations and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
Participate in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues and production problems effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-9 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
