About the Role
We are looking for a Project Assistant Manager to support Project leadership in managing and coordinating research projects. The role involves tracking project progress, planning activities, enabling the team, and liaising with collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Support with planning, coordination and execution of activities.
Planning for meetings , Attending meetings, preparing notes, and follow up.
Communicate effectively with collaborators and stakeholders.
Assist with reports, presentations, documentation
Manage project visibility on websites, newsletters, and social media.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduates preferably MBA
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management/administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic project management tools.
• Familiarity with IT projects/processes will be an advantage.

Preferred
Candidates trained in management/administration through (i) social impact programs like Teach For India (ii) worked with NGOs or Governmental agencies (iii) worked with leadership executing the project.
Prior experience in academic or research environments will be useful.
