Full Time Sales Supervisor

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)
Lead and manage the admissions/sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for course admissions
Monitor leads, conversions, and counselor performance using CRM systems
Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives and student counselors
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and outreach programs
Graduation required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, admissions, or business development
- Strong team management and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in education, training, or service industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
