Job Description:
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
Requirement:
Graduate, human resources, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
