Product Services Executive

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Develop, maintain, and implement product line strategies/roadmaps and technology plans for assigned product portfolio. Lead roadmap implementation by building compelling cases for NPI including features, market position, financial projections and commercialzation strategy. Lead cross-functional activities to enhance the performance of product lines including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and delivery. Conduct voice of the customer (VOC), primary, secondary, and observational research to facilitate the development of product plans, and identification of new products and service opportunities. Work collaboratively with regional marketing, marketing communications, and digital marketing to develop appropriate marketing plans to ensure that the value proposition reaches and resonates with customers and their needs. Serve as subject matter authority for data solutions products to support internal team, field sales, channel partners, and end customers as required. Suggest and drive process improvements within the product management function to maximize productivity and support functions to enhance customer experience. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business.

• 5+ years of technical product management or new product development experience required
• Knowledge of networking and data center infrastructure technologies and/or cooling systems is preferred/required 3+ yrs.
• Hands-on experience with Electrical, IT/Networking or Data Center distributors, direct sales, and manufacturer's reps is preferred.
• Demonstrated electrical and mechanical proficiency.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet committed deadlines.
• Work will require meeting with customers, suppliers, partners in the field and will include meetings after normal business hours. The role will require 20% travel on average
