Senior Account Manager (Remote Working/Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities also include developing strategic account plans, executing client communication, identifying pain points, and offering tailored solutions to address customer needs.
Experience in client relationship management, account planning, and project coordination
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as Data Security, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and Identity Access Management
- Proficient in business development and problem-solving with a data-driven approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services domain
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and digital risk management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
