Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and superiors. Onshore or offshore experience is preferred, indicating versatility and adaptability in different job environments. Must have technical skills in oil and gas industry operations (Mandatory skill). Ability to perform physically demanding tasks efficiently and safely in challenging conditions. Strong troubleshooting skills to detect and remedy defects in welds and materials promptly. Commitment to safety standards and protocols essential in the high-risk environments of oil rigs.

Roles and Responsibilities Perform welding and repair work efficiently on oil rig equipment adhering to company quality standards.
Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure a hazard-free workplace for self and team members.
Understand and interpret mechanical schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise job execution.
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve welding and fabrication issues effectively.
Document and report maintenance activities and work conditions to supervisors regularly.
Assist in routine inspections and preventive maintenance measures to sustain equipment longevity and performance.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition to prevent job delays and ensure workplace safety.
