Sales Executive - Construction

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a core part of our global sales team. This role is responsible for supporting the company’s customer acquisition through cold outbound calls, lead nurturing through high quality contact with prospects, and ultimately creating introductory meetings with our US sales team for direct revenue growth. The ISR will perform high-volume outreach to prospective clients, working closely with the sales team to generate interest, qualify prospects, and close new business. This role demands a proactive approach to prospect engagement and the ability to manage a high volume of calls daily to build a pipeline and achieve sales targets .
Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients in order to generate interest and qualify leads. Qualify potential customers’ needs through our CRM data and determine the appropriate level of qualification to move prospects forward in the sales cycle.
Research prospects, and key contacts to enhance outreach strategy and personalize communication.
Build rapport with prospects by delivering a high-quality experience that reflects our company’s commitment to customer success.
Maintain organized pipeline data, ensuring accurate tracking of progress within the CRM system.
Consistently update CRM records and provide timely, accurate reporting on lead status, activities, and progress toward goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for moving leads through the funnel and securing new accounts.
Sales Collaboration and Closing
Work toward meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas, contributing to the team’s overall success.
Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights on lead quality and process improvements.
Seek feedback on performance and actively work to improve personal sales tactics and approaches.
Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitors to continuously enhance sales effectiveness.
Experience in Outbound Sales
Minimum 2 years of US experience in B2B inside sales on high-volume outbound calling, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
Most recent role in outbound sales
Experience in service B2B - high value/ongoing relationship sales eg, staffing, high value recruitment or contract with staffing decision makers - (highly desirable)
Bachelor's degree in business or a vertical-related field(s)

Confidence in cold calling and a professional phone presence.
Proficiency with CRM Software
~ Basic experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) for tracking leads, updating records.

Ability to work remotely with own hardware.
~ Ability to be highly productive working from home.

Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and follow-up activities, keeping track of multiple leads and tasks.

Proven ability to work toward and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Open to feedback, with a willingness to improve sales techniques and adapt to new strategies and tools.

Comfortable using communication tools, digital platforms, and basic software for research and reporting.

Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm over a high volume of calls daily.

Shift Timings: 6.00 PM - 3.00 AM IST
Location: Work from home (WFH) – Full-time
