Development Management Officer

Are you eager to join our global Corporate Development department to support KK Wind Solutions' top managers on a wide range of tasks in relation to acquisition, integration, strategic studies

The purpose of the Corporate Development Associate is to support the Corporate Management team in the development and execution of the company's strategy. As a member of the Corporate Development department, the Associate will be responsible for providing relevant insights and analysis to help the company make the right decision, address key challenges and identify new ways to grow.
The position will support the Corporate Development department with:
Work on financial analysis and company / business valuations
Create strategic business cases for new growth opportunities working with cross-functional teams
Conduct market scans and identify new growth opportunities
Develop transaction proposals to present to the senior executive team that include a thorough evaluation of the strategic rationale, risks, valuation and financial return metrics
Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, product development, and finance to help drive execution of recommended business objectives
Develop ad hoc senior executive and board of director presentations
3-6 years related work experience including, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting or Big 4 transaction services
- Experience working with corporate executives and business owners
- Excellent team-building abilities, with a focus on driving collaboration and achieving results.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and MS Teams
