Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda.
Support senior legal staff in case preparation and litigation processes.
Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
Stay updated with current laws and regulations relevant to the practice area.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
