You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by managing B2B sales activities, lead generation, and client communication for both domestic and international markets. This is an office-based role designed for graduates who are interested in sales, marketing, and export business, and want hands-on exposure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through online research, portals, and outreach.
Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, the website, email, LinkedIn, and other lead sources.
Communicate with Indian and international clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and orders in CRM systems.
Support basic marketing activities such as listings, data management, and market research.
Gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales and export customer handling.

1. 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Excellent English communication (spoken & written); Hindi required
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools
Experience with IndiaMART, LinkedIn lead generation, or export clients is an advantage
Exposure to the manufacturing, textile, paper, or packaging industry is a plus
Comfortable with desk-based sales work and regular follow-ups
