Project Role : Security Architect

Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

The role combines hands-on technical expertise, service delivery ownership, and team coordination, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant IAM operations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Lead day to day operations for Ping Identity platforms, including:

Ensure platform availability, stability, and performance.

Manage authentication policies, MFA configurations, and adaptive access controls.

Service Delivery & Operations

Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams.

Support onboarding, training, and performance management.

Engage with business stakeholders, application owners, and security leadership.

Security, Risk & Compliance

Ensure IAM controls align with organizational security standards and policies.

Drive automation and optimization of Ping Identity operations.

Support platform upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption.

6 to 9 years of experience in IAM / Access Management.

Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne.

Experience in production IAM support and service delivery.

Experience integrating Ping with Entra ID, SailPoint, or CyberArk.

Exposure to CIAM implementations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

The candidate should have minimum 10 plus years of experience in Ping Identity.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
