Business Development Executive (Sales)

Company Description Uprising Global Skills, established in 2019 by Ankit Ravindra Jain and co-founder Akanksha Gupta, is a leader in Sales growth. The organization specializes in Sales Training, Sales Consulting, and Sales Outsourcing, empowering organizations to achieve revenue success. With a strong focus on innovative learning experiences, Uprising Global Skills has rapidly gained recognition in the industry. We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, based in Noida, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, Follow-Ups, Managing Leads, pitching training programs, and closing clients. A mix of in-office and remote work is permissible, providing flexibility while ensuring effective collaboration with the team.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development (any industry).
Intermediate-level English required; must be able to speak, read, and understand English confidently.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and online meeting platforms (Zoom / Google Meet).
Must be self-disciplined and able to work in a hybrid setup (work from home + office).
Freshers without sales experience are not eligible.
Strong understanding of business processes and strategies.
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
