We're transforming how businesses navigate complex customs processes through intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and drive the successful delivery of customs automation and trade compliance solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to manage complex implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll own end-to-end project lifecycle management for customer implementations, platform enhancements, and internal initiatives. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and keeping leadership informed of project status through clear and concise reporting.

Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating agile ceremonies, managing sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensuring development teams have clear priorities and requirements. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and communications across technical and non-technical audiences in both US and India time zones. You'll also track project metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to building scalable project management practices as we scale.

You bring 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or logistics/supply chain technology environments. You hold a PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar recognized certification). You have proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and limited resources.

Your technical acumen allows you to work effectively with engineering teams and understand software development lifecycles. You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. You're proficient with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms, and you're comfortable with data analysis and creating executive-level reports and presentations.

This is an office-based position requiring in-person collaboration with the India team. You must be flexible to work split hours covering both US business hours (evening/night IST) and India business hours to facilitate seamless coordination across global teams. Strong time management and the ability to maintain productivity across extended work schedules are essential.

Experience in customs, logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain software is highly valued. Familiarity with API integrations, enterprise system implementations, or regulatory compliance projects would be advantageous. Background working with US or global enterprise clients and understanding of agile/scrum methodologies in practice would strengthen your candidacy. Previous experience successfully managing projects across multiple time zones is a plus.

We need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with US-based executives and stakeholders across different time zones.
