The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & business development
- Calling and closing clients for events & delegations
- Sponsorship & partnership coordination
- Client relationship management
- Promote international delegations & export consulting services
- Follow-ups, conversions & revenue tracking
- Coordinate with marketing & operations team
- Daily reporting to Founder
Preferred Candidate:
Strong sales & communication skills
Target-driven & confident personality
Experience in events, consulting, training or services
Comfortable with calling & closing
Good English & Hindi communication
