Sales Associate – IT Services

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle for IT service offerings.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation platforms.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, prospect, and customer information.
Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups to ensure deal progression.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Prior experience selling to international clients (especially US, UK, or Middle East markets).
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, or custom software development.
Experience with outbound lead generation or working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
