Associate, Talent Acquisition & Management (HR)
Mouser Electronics
Coordinates talent acquisition as needed, including required approvals, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer development and preparation, and on-boarding assistance.
Utilize social networking resources and other strategies to hire the right people for the job.
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition function.
Implement talent acquisition trends as per the changing demands of the staffing industry.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
Established track record of innovative and creative sourcing tactics for passive job seekers, i.e. social media.
Experience in managing candidates through an applicant tracking system (Taleo experience is an advantage)
Proficient with internet email, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
Ability to effectively learn and manage various systems used in an HR environment.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
