Business Development Executive (CRM Sales)

Role Overview Avconexpo is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our B2B growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, CRM handling, and professional client communication, with an engineering background preferred to better understand our technical services and solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & B2B Business Development
Identify and generate B2B leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online platforms.
Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers relevant to Avconexpo's services.
Qualify leads and coordinate with senior BD / sales teams for conversions.
2. Email Marketing & Professional Communication
Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for lead generation and follow-ups.
Draft professional business emails, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Maintain structured email communication with prospects and clients.
3. CRM & Data Management
Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and client information using CRM software.
Track communication history, lead status, and conversion progress.
Prepare regular lead and activity reports for management review.
4. Client Coordination & Relationship Building
Communicate with prospective and existing B2B clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical and operations teams.
Support proposal preparation, presentations, and documentation.
5. Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research on industries, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements in BD strategies.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or similar role.
- Engineering background (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) preferred.
- Strong email writing and professional communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in engineering services, industrial consulting, or technical B2B sales.
Knowledge of MS Excel, presentations, and reporting tools.
