3D/Concept Artist

XSQUADS Tech Private Limited is a fast-growing game development company committed to creating immersive gaming experiences. We are looking for a talented Concept Artist to bring our in-game assets to life.
Create high-quality 2D concept art for various in-game assets such as character outfits, weapon skins, vehicle skins, and more.

• Utilize AI-powered tools (such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance concept art generation and speed up the creative process.
• Develop sketches, illustrations, and detailed renderings for 3D artists to follow.
• Work closely with the art and game design team to maintain consistency in visual style.
• Research and implement design trends, themes, and unique styles that enhance the game's aesthetics.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong illustration and digital painting skills using industry-standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, etc.).
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted design tools for generating and refining concept art.
• Ability to design detailed and visually compelling assets with strong composition and color sense.
• Understanding of game asset creation workflows and the transition from 2D to 3D.
• Knowledge of art styles, gaming trends, and battle royale aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the game development team.
• Passion for gaming and creativity in conceptualizing unique designs.

• Familiarity with Unity 3D or Unreal Engine workflows.
• Previous experience working on AAA or mobile game projects.
• Ability to design seasonal or event-based skins and assets.
